RETURN BASICS
In order to provide fast and efficient service to our customers, all Frontlines Publishing returns must be approved. Please contact Frontlines at (616)248-4300 to receive approval prior to returning any items. After gaining an official Frontlines approval, please refer to the Frontlines return guidelines. Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any materials in the Intimacy Before Impact volunteer training product line.
FRONTLINES RETURN GUIDELINES
We make it simple and convenient to return Frontlines Publishing purchases. Frontlines will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days. Refunds usually post to the credit card within 72 hours. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. Exceptions: Cash or check purchases over $250 will be refunded in the form of a mail check within 15 business days of return. For cash or check purchases less than $250 a Frontlines store credit will be issued.
If you made a purchase from either the Frontlines Publishing partner site, www.sohls.org or an on-location Frontlines Publishing storefront, please refer to your receipt, packing slip or the partner Web site for return information.
You can return items through the mail using United States Postal Service or UPS. Frontlines will accept returns purchased through the Frontlines Publishing web site, 90 days from the original date of purchase for a full refund. If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item by mail, you will receive a credit.
Follow these directions to return by mail:
- Include your original packing list/receipt
- Indicate your reason for return
- Use the original shipping carton and packing materials, if possible.
- We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped. If you have questions, we recommend that you call Frontlines (616-248-4300) for special instructions.
- If the product was not damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, you are responsible for all shipping charges including a restocking fee of either 10% of the original order amount or a minimum of $10.00.
- Please do not return items COD. Any charges incurred by Frontlines Publishing for COD shipments will be subtracted from the amount of the returned item(s). You will be returned the difference. If the COD cost exceeds the value of the returned product, the credit card used for the original purchase will be charged for the remaining balance.
