As believers we know and trust that we are not hidden from Lord or far from His thoughts. His Word describes in detail how dear we are to Him. In Isaiah 49:16 when it says, "I have engraved your name on the palms of my hands" we truly get a sense for His heart-- how He treasures each one of us as His image-bearers. Just as we are not hidden from the Lord, neither are the pre-born.
