All orders placed with Frontlines Publishing require payment prior to shipment. Orders may be placed online using credit card processing. Or order by mail using a Frontlines order form payable by check.

Orders may be placed by phone at (616)248-4300. However, payment will need to be received prior to shipment. For order instructions by mail please see instructions below.

Package Delivery

Most orders received before noon Eastern Time are processed the same or next day.

Shipping/Handling UPS Ground Rates (Continental United States only)

Shipping and handling is calculated based on the sub-total of your order and the shipping location. Please refer to the shipping and handling table in the Frontlines order form. If you have any questions, please contact Frontlines at (616)248-4300. Shipping costs are subject to change.

Shipping/Handling USPS Rates (Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada only)

Shipping and handling is calculated based on the sub-total of your order and the shipping location. Please refer to the shipping and handling table in the Frontlines order form. Orders with a subtotal greater than $499 are unable to be shipped via USPS. Please contact contact Frontlines at (616)248-4300 to discuss other shipping options. Shipping costs are subject to change.
