All orders placed with Frontlines Publishing require payment prior to shipment. Orders may be placed online using credit card processing. Or order by mail or fax using a Frontlines order form.

Orders may be placed by phone at (616)248-4300. However, payment will need to be received prior to shipment. For order instructions by mail or fax please see instructions below.

 Package Delivery

Most orders received before noon Eastern Time are processed the same or next day.

Shipping/Handling UPS Ground Rates (Continental United States only)

Shipping and handling is calculated using real-time UPS rates based upon the item weight and shipping destination. Shipping costs are subject to change.  If you have any additional questions, please contact Frontlines at (616)248-4300.

Shipping/Handling USPS

Unfortunately, due to USPS restrictions, we are unable to take advantage of the flat-rate mailing options at this time. Exceptions may include but are not limited to shipments to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii and are determined by Frontlines Publishing at time of shipment.

Placing An Order By Mail

If you would to place an order by mail, download a printable order form. Shipping and handling is calculated at a rate of 13% of the sub-total of your order (minimum of $8.00). Please mail your order including a check made payable to Frontlines Publishing:

Placing An Order By Fax

If you would like to place an order by fax, download a printable order form. Shipping and handling is calculated at a rate of 13% of the sub-total of your order (minimum of $8.00). Please fax your order to (616)248-3500 including your credit card information for payment.

Placing An Order Outside of the United States and Canada
